Eduardo Umanzor is a Vice President of Enablement strategy, design, and Innovation for the Sales and Marketing Center of Expertise with BTS USA, Inc. He leads the design and development of learning journeys specifically designed for commercial teams and leaders. Eduardo also leads ongoing research regarding the best-in-class behaviors, knowledge expectations, and personality traits customers expect from the commercial teams they interact with.
Eduardo draws from a rich background in business management, sales, entrepreneurship, coaching/mentoring and human performance improvement expertise. Eduardo had a successful career with Insight Enterprises, which included experience in account management, sales operations, mergers/acquisitions and finance. While at Monster.com, Eduardo continued a successful track record in key sales leadership positions, both in tele sales and field sales. These experiences manifested in capabilities ranging in all aspects of managing, motivating and maximizing human performance. Additionally, Eduardo has focused on developing a strong academic background coupled with successful real-world experiences.
Industry expertise:
Eduardo earned a Ph.D. in Education with an emphasis in Training and Performance Improvement in 2013. He has completed extensive study and research in assessing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating corporate education/development programs. His primary research interest is the application of communication theories, as an integral component of the HPI and ADDIE models, to promote learner engagement and motivation.
