Elizabeth is a member of the BTS East senior leadership team and previously worked at global consulting firms Accenture and US Web. She is the author of Work 101: Learning the Ropes of the Workplace Without Hanging Yourself (Penguin Random House) and a regular contributor to Forbes, where she writes about leadership strategies for C-suite executives. Her expertise on leadership has also appeared in Chief Executive, The New York Times, Fortune, The Boston Globe, and the Rotman Management Journal.

 

Elizabeth is a frequent conference and keynote speaker and is the Past President of the National Speakers Association of New England, the premier global professional organization for experts who speak professionally.  She is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), earning their highest- level designation worldwide. Elizabeth holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and is a former Peace Corps volunteer.and is a former Peace Corps volunteer.
