Kyle Dean is a Senior Director within the Sales and Marketing Practice for BTS USA. As a member of the BTS Sales and Marketing Practice, Kyle Dean is a partner for organizations who want to transform their sales teams to a focus of accelerating their customer’s desired business results. Additionally, he works with organizations to align their employees with the organization’s strategies and develop their business acumen to successfully execute those strategies. He both designs and delivers these programs and curricula for BTS clients.
Kyle has experience in fast-moving consumer goods, banking, utilities, advertising, retail, manufacturing, technology, and distribution. He has a passion for helping clients address issues from change management to leadership development and onboarding.
Formerly, Kyle was the Director of Field Merchandising at Young’s Market Company in California. His ability to develop great sales people and sales managers helped him to become the youngest director in the company’s 125 year history.
