Lawrence Nixon is a Senior Director who manages the Sales and Leadership Practices for BTS in India, Middle East and Africa. In this capacity, Lawrence acts as the subject matter expert and custodian of the sales and leadership offerings. Additionally, Lawrence manages client relationships and designs and facilitates strategic execution and business transformation programmes.
Lawrence’s experience spans numerous industries including financial services, FMCG, retail, pharmaceutical and service organizations. Clients include Unilever, Standard Bank, Ecobank, Nedbank, GlaxoSmithKlein, and Pepkor Africa. His passion is to support clients in transforming their sales organisations to maximise returns on sales efforts and using leadership best practices as a vehicle to accelerate business results.
Before joining BTS in 2008, Lawrence was employed in various capacities within retail banking organization and was involved in the delivery and managing training interventions for other training service providers.
Lawrence speaks fluent English and Afrikaans.
