As a Senior Consultant in the BTS Assessment Center of Expertise, Maia partners with clients across various industries (e.g., biopharmaceuticals and financial services) to develop and deliver solutions aimed at strengthening their talent pipeline. Since joining BTS, her expertise includes building immersive experiences used to accelerate HiPo talent development, leadership frameworks designed to set performance expectations, and project management. By prioritizing evidence-based decisions, she provides meaningful insights that enhance organizations’ talent strategies throughout the talent lifecycle.
Maia holds an M.S. in Organizational Sciences from Florida International University, and her involvement in the assessment space precedes her affiliation with BTS. She has experience building skills models for a range of technical roles, developing structured interviews with behaviorally anchored rating scales, and designing surveys for multiple organizations.
