Marta Zaragoza is Executive Vice-president and Global Partner at BTS, responsible for the Southern European and Latin American markets. She leads a business generating over €30 million in revenue, with a team of 150 professionals across nine offices. Her leadership focuses on driving continuous growth in the field of the human side of business strategy execution.
With extensive experience in strategic transformation and change management, Marta has successfully delivered projects for clients across various sectors, including Financial Services, Oil & Gas, and Professional Services.
Before joining BTS, Marta worked for other global companies such as KPMG, where she started her career, and General Electric, where she had her first international assignment.
Under Marta’s leadership, BTS has significantly expanded its presence in Southern Europe and LATAM, both organically—by opening new offices in Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina—and inorganically—through strategic acquisitions in Italy and Spain.
She also leads the BTS global initiative and research to identify the mechanisms needed to ensure a sustainable change of behaviors at both individual and organizational levels.
Her contributions extend beyond business growth; in 2022, Marta played a key role in BTS receiving the Empowering Women’s Talent seal, recognizing the company’s commitment to empowering female talent. Additionally, her efforts have been instrumental in BTS being named one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” in Spain by Actualidad Económica in both 2022 and 2023.
