Meghan Mariner

Meghan Mariner is a Senior Vice President and Partner at BTS and currently leads BTS West as well as some of BTS’ largest global client relationships. She partners with clients across all aspects of their people strategy, equipping leaders to do the best work of their lives. She has spent 12 years designing and delivering consulting engagements aimed at sharpening strategic execution and leadership development across many disciplines, including business acumen, strategy acumen, leadership, transformation, high performing teams, sales and innovation.
 
Prior to BTS, Meghan worked for O’Keeffe & Company, a marketing and public relations firm in Alexandria, Virginia.
 
Hailing from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Meghan is an avid Philadelphia sports fan. She currently resides in Denver, Colorado with her husband and two kids where she enjoys all the outdoor activities the city has to offer.
