Per Stahle

Per Stahle is a Partner and a Senior Vice President at BTS. He is also a member of BTS USA Executive Team. Since joining BTS he has been the lead consultant and coach of executive level engagements with clients such as Bank of America, Aetna, Humana, HP, Pfizer, PWC, Sony, Kaiser Permanente, Volvo, Ford, Corning, Deloitte, AT&T, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Amedisys. Working closely with his clients, Per has lead change & transformation and development in areas as Strategy Execution, Executive Leadership Development, Business and Financial Acumen and Sales Leadership and Execution.
 
Prior to joining BTS, Mr. Stahle worked as a Senior Business Manager and Sales Manager for Wärtsilä, a power generation equipment supplier. At Wärtsilä Mr. Stahle sold turnkey energy solutions to both U.S. domestic and international customers. He has also worked for Star Clippers, a start-up cruise line, where he was in charge of finance and administration. Mr. Stahle has also been with IBM, where, after completing the Sales trainee program, he worked as a Sales Representative, selling IBM’s complete hardware and software solutions. Per also served as a Chief Engineer in the Swedish Navy.
