Vanessa Lin, MBA, PCC, CPCC is a leadership and mindfulness coach, culture strategist, and DEI advocate committed to creating workplaces where people don’t just fit in—they belong. As a Director in the Leadership & Coaching practice and DEI Lead for BTS North America, she partners with Fortune 500 companies to develop conscious, inclusive leaders who drive impact and transformation.

With 20+ years of experience in consulting, management, and software services, Vanessa has led global teams, advised executives, and helped organizations bridge strategy, leadership, and culture. Previously, she served as Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Pantone, Esko, and X-Rite (Danaher Corporation), implementing equitable hiring, talent development, and retention strategies.

She is the author of Falling Together: A Tale of Believing in Your Own Magic, reflecting her deep belief in self-discovery and resilience. Vanessa holds an MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and brings expertise across Retail, CPG, Healthcare, and Pharma.
