The Strategy Acceleration Lab is an integrated experience that helps business leaders develop stronger alignment, mindset, and capabilities to execute strategies within their organizations – from examining the critical business challenges and trade-offs that executing their strategies will require across siloes, to driving change through committing to action.
At the core of the Strategy Acceleration Lab is an enterprise business simulation which serves as a platform to test their strategy, underlying assumptions and challenges that might emerge as their ecosystem evolves over time. In a risk-free, customized simulated environment, business leaders come face-to-face with the challenges of strategy execution, taking on roles as C-level leaders, and making critical decisions to execute their strategies. In doing so, they encounter real-world dynamics that stress-test their strategies and challenges them to see how customer demands, business trade-offs, dynamic competition, and unstable conditions, may affect their ability to deliver on their priorities and, through this, develop better strategic foresight for themselves and their teams.

At the core of the LeaderLab is an enterprise business simulation which serves as a platform to explore the challenges leaders will face in executing their organization’s strategies. In a risk-free, simulated environment, LeaderLab places leaders face-to-face with the challenges of strategy execution, taking on roles as C-level leaders, and practicing running the business. In doing so, they encounter real-world customer problems, business trade-offs, dynamic competition, and unstable conditions, helping them develop an understanding of their leadership style, confront critical business challenges and trade-offs realistic to your business, cut across siloes, and commit to effective leadership sprints.
