Katy is a member of our European senior leadership team, responsible for leading bts’ portfolio of work in strategy, culture and transformation across our European clients.
She has a passion for the people side of change – breaking down complex shifts in ways that make them tangible and actionable for all employees, and shifting deeply held mindsets that unlock new ways of thinking and working.
She believes that strategy, culture, and change need to be fully owned not by consultants but within the organisation – and thus focuses on co-creative approaches that equip the leaders of the organisation with the tools to drive change and empower their teams to move at pace.
Katy focuses her client work particularly on senior leadership teams – supporting them in drawing out diverse perspectives, having tough conversations, making trade-offs, and taking the actions necessary to create the conditions for real organizational change.
Industry expertise: Her point of view stems from many years spent focusing on the rapidly changing software sector. She has worked closely with some of the major players in the industry to drive the transformation of business and operating models, culture, and leadership from legacy models to the cloud – as well as with newer disruptors to help them scale the business and evolve their culture while maintaining the critical drivers of growth and innovation.
Outside of work, you’ll find Katy coaching football or out exploring Norway with her two boys.
