Kristen Firpo specializes in helping clients shift their thinking to reach insights and solutions. She creates environments that encourage her clients to see their business issues from a new lens, deconstructing the issues by using creative methods to spark new thinking and results.
Kristen brings 25 years of consulting experience with a focus on innovation, leadership, and coaching since 2007. She designed and facilitated over 300 immersive experiences on a variety of focus areas across multiple industries and Fortune 500 clients.
Kristen has applied her innovation and leadership skills to help design, build and implement the Deloitte Client Experience Labs (now called the Greenhouse Experience), where she delivered workshops worldwide for large and small companies in a variety of industries including Salesforce, Sony, T-Mobile, Blue Shield of CA, McKesson, Genentech/Roche, BD Bio Sciences, Deloitte, Open Table, Pottery Barn, Stella and Dot, Grupo Modelo, Mexichem, Avasara Academy India, Helm Cairo, and Airbus to name a few.
Kristen has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from San Diego State University, a Master’s of Science in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. She is a certified Classic Hatha Yoga teacher, holds a Gong Mastery certification, and is a Sound Healer.
