Driving a culture of innovation requires multiple touchpoints and ongoing reinforcement with change agents. One of the biggest challenges public agencies face is not the ability to generate and develop ideas, but changing the leadership behaviours that can hinder innovation.
How can you foster a culture in which innovation can flourish? You’ll need exploration skills, execution skills and distinctive innovation leadership behaviours.
In this programme, we will tackle:
- What does it take to innovate?
- How do I lead it?
- What moves can I make back at work tomorrow?
Who should attend
You are a Singapore Public Officer who holds the position of Director, Deputy Director or equivalent. You are a leader who wants to:
- Experiment with innovation tools that you can use within your agency
- Develop and sustain a strong culture of innovation within your agency
- Lead people to adopt an innovation mindset
