With BTS since 1996, Mr. Ackley has responsibilities for many of the firm’s largest clients, for which he manages relationships and delivers executive-level initiatives in areas of strategy alignment and execution, leadership development and sales transformation. He is the Executive Vice President, Global Head of Digital at BTS.
Mr. Ackley has led numerous merger integration, strategy implementation, and leadership development initiatives for leading companies, including PepsiCo, Deloitte, AT&T, Motorola, Cox Enterprises and many others. He has also taken a leading role in innovative Connected Learning initiatives including online business simulations, online engage maps and custom interactive learning.
During his eighteen years at BTS, Mr. Ackley has facilitated sessions for several thousand senior executives and many thousands of middle managers from all parts of his clients’ businesses. He has also spoken at conferences co-presenting client case studies on merger integration, strategic alignment, culture change, and leadership development.
